I've been doing some soul searching for a while and I know my heart is most definitely with maternity, newborn and milestones.
Aside from maternity and newborn, I haven't done a whole lot of family/extended family sessions over the past few years and you may have noticed I don't often advertise or showcase these sessions like I do the others. I've been asked many times if I even offer family sessions because it's just not what I showcase regularly. While I do enjoy working with families, I have made the decision to scale back on how and when I offer family sessions.
Going forward, immediate family only sessions will be offered seasonally and for specific sessions such as fall and Christmas. These will be advertised and available for booking only when offered at certain times of the year. Exception may be made for existing clients who want to grow their family with myself documenting their most important moments.
I just feel it's time to really pour into where my heart is and grow my studio work to where I want to be professionally and I have so many plans for it!
I thank all the wonderful families that have chosen me to document their family over the years and I do hope to see many of you back in the future, I just have a new direction I'm wanting to take my photography and I'm really excited for it!
