Monthly Mini Session - Newborn
Service Description
Once a month, we’ll be offering an available date for a mini session to open up more accessible opportunities for families to have a few portraits done for just about any reason throughout the year. Newborn Studio Session Options: Immediate Family (mom, dad, children): - Up to 60 minute studio session - 8 digital images - One table posing backdrop and one prop - Option to purchase more images if available Baby Only: - Up to 60 minute studio session - 5 digital images - One table posing backdrop and one prop - Option to purchase more images if available ***Please note*** These are quick mini sessions in limited time for a specified number of images, they are not intended for multiple outfit changes, set ups or blending session types together. If you are wanting more time and/or images, you are welcome to book a full session. These are basically micro mini's for the purpose of quick, in and out, updated portraits available throughout the year at a lower price point. I do offer other mini sessions at certain times of the year that include more images and you are welcome to wait for those offers as they come up. As it has been asked many times already, I just want to specify what is and is not available for these mini sessions. You are not able to book one of the mini's, pay the smaller fee and expect more than what is offered within these mini sessions. Almost all galleries I deliver, whether a full session or mini session generally has more images in them than what is included for the package price paid. These will be no different. They are priced for what is included, and if we end up with more images in your gallery, you always have the option to purchase more. I understand budgets are a factor and most people are looking for good deals on products and services but these are already a deal and for the purpose of giving families more opportunities to access a smaller number of portraits at an affordable price. They cannot be made into longer sessions, have add-ons requested and have more images included for the same price. I am offering these mini sessions at much smaller prices to help more families access professional portraits of their family and children. Pretty please refrain from trying to negotiate more.
Cancellation Policy
Session Retainer Fees are Non-Refundable. Shortly after you select your time slot and pay the session retainer fee, you will receive an email with your contract. This must be completed within 24 hours of receiving that email to complete your booking. If incomplete in that time, your session will be cancelled and the spot made available for others. Any applicable discounts will be applied to your remaining balance. If the session is cancelled by the client for any reason, the photographer must be notified 24 hours prior to the session. Session retainer fees are non-refundable. Little and Sweet Photography reserves the right to terminate or cancel a session immediately in the event that a client or guests are disruptive, inappropriate or abusive in any way without refund.
